This Broken Orange Pekoe (BOP), the main broken leaf grade, which is prevalent in Sri Lanka, produces consistent flavor, and balances taste and potency. With a natural hint of citrus, Ceylon tea is a superb every day tea.

Directions: Pour 8 oz of hot water (180° F) over 1 TBS. of Tea. Steep for 5-7 min Covered. Strain. Enjoy.
